"The room was not ready until 6:30 PM. We were traveling with elderly people and kids and had to wait around for two and a half hours. While the room was big enough (we paid for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit), they did not provide shower gel, soap, or shampoo in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, the oven and cookware were dirty, and they didn't provide any coffee packs. There were also not enough towels; they only provided three pool towels for eight people. I don't recommend this place."

"Pools/sauna were great, as was the room. Breakfast was good until the last day when they only opened one breakfast room, instead of the usual 2 and then ran out of food. That was a disaster, but we scrounged what we could and then hung out at the pool."

"We were very happy with our first stay at Fountainblue. The poolside staff were fantastic with helping us with an umbrella each day is the hot sun. Will definately recommend and hopefully return sometime in the future."

If anything could be different Check out time could be 11, that would be helpful or staggered to assist in less busy departure. Luggage cars were all used at the same time and everyone was checking out same time. Made the parking lot extra busy. "
