"BEST value for UB parents. Small but clean nice rooms, comfy beds, super nice staff (everyone). I feel they upgraded their food in the last couple of years since I stayed here. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The kitchen staff especially the young girl with short hair worked so hard with a great attitude. The coffee was good. Excellent price for all of the above. Close to all the stores new college students shop for their rooms - Target, Trader Joe's etc. This will be our go to everytime!"

"Honestly, this place wasn’t perfect but it was exactly what we needed! The tub was great, bed was comfy, and the staff were super nice. We had to get our room switched 3 times due to cleanliness and amenities not working, but our final room was great! There was minor water damage and a few broken things in the room, but it was clean other than that and we had a comfortable and very quiet stay. You can tell they are trying to improve this place so if you want a nice big bathtub and a cozy bed on a budget, it’s a great choice when stopping through town. The staff had zero issue moving us around and making sure we were accommodated and comfortable."

"The room were nice design. And room was very clean. Only concern in the room was that the mattresses were old as you could see significantly the dent in the middle. One big concern was the lobby had a very strong smell of cigarette or cigar. Very interesting because I didn’t see anyone smoking and it was only by the lobby."

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and overall we really enjoyed our experience. The only downside is that the hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some updates and renovations. That said, it was clean, comfortable, and we would happily return."
