When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk."

One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. "The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast."

"Place was clean. safe location. breakfast was decent. Breakfast staff was a couple of teenagers on their phone hiding in the back while the garbage can was overfull, waffle batter was empty, soap in the ladies room was empty. forks were gone. Bathroom door in my room was sticking really bad, rubbing at the top. It is obvious this has been bad for a while. Maid should have reported this. Beds are very firm. Room was clean. Every time the rooms next door would close their door, it was very loud...

"We needed a room for the night due to storms in area and we were on bike visiting for bike week so we took what was convenient. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and clean, could have used another pillow but I was able to get an extra towel and a rag to wipe the seats off. Staff was very nice!"
