Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland North Olmsted Airport

8/10 Good
"Ashley the General Manager was especially helpful. We left a cell phone in the room and didn't realize it until we were ready to fly home. When we could finally find a phone number and get someone to answer, Ashley went right to the room while we were still on the phone, found it and personally took care of getting it sent to us."
