Hotel murah di Amherst

"We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental."

"The sheets and towels appeared to be clean, but the floor was filthy. I had to clean it with a towel after checking in. Shower dribbled like a septuagenarian with prostate issues. Water, what little there was, was hot, so I could was. Noisy neighbor, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, other than this price range brings in a higher percentage of riff-raff."

"Pros - very good value for price, excellent staff at front desk, close to turnpike if driving through, toast/muffins/bagels/cereal available 24/7 was very helpful as we checked in after 11pm, comfortable bed Cons - could use a little upkeep/modernization, floors were sticky, shower nozzle low (if you’re over 6’, you’ll need to squat to get hair wet) Overall, if you’re just passing through and only a need a safe, clean place to sleep, I would definitely recommend"

"We stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday, we booked a king size bed with a sofa bed. In reservation I included the fact that we would be traveling with our children and their ages, as requested. We arrived at our room and noticed there wasn’t any linens for the sofa bed for our two very young kids. I tried calling front desk 3 times and the line kept getting picked up & disconnected. I notified the front desk person when we were heading out to our activities on Saturday early after noon,...

"The staff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was great when we were talking with our driver on the shuttle that they make sure to do teamwork. Loved hearing that. Makes it a successfully run hotel."

"Horrible check in, clerk on phone face timing with boyfriend, gave us keys to an occupied room, got new room whose shower was dripping everywhere for 4 days, bug on sheet and dirty sheets either coffee or blood. Locked out of room first night key did not work, had to wait and wait for front desk clerk over and over. I want my $400 back, horrible, it should be torn down"

"I liked that the location is good, close to major highways, I80. 480, 71. Very easy to get to City from this hotel. Due to an event in the City it was overpriced, which was not nice."

"This hotel overbooked for the night I was booked and didn’t have a room for me when I came to check in. They didn’t offer to help me find a place to stay or offer any sort of solution. Expedia was also extremely unhelpful, offering repeatedly to put my son and I in a roach motel for the night. I ended up having to spend double the original price and took 3 hours to get into another hotel"

"The room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. I have stay twice in May and both times the elevator was broken. Luckily I was able to a room on first floor, it was handicapped accessible. Not the greatest! Staff was friendly! I am hoping they remodel soon ! This place is convenient for my visit to see grandkids!"
