"Terrible stay, first they gave me someone else’s room and someone tried to get in while I was already in the room. This was quickly fixed. The faucet in the shower was leaking and made loud noise, I asked them to fix it no one ever came by to fix it within the 4 days stay. Overall room is outdated as well as the bathroom."

"Smells bad, poor housekeeping, there was a lash cluster stuck to the shower wall when we first walked in, used towels with mascara on them on the drying rack, whole room smelt of mildew, floors left my socks with dirt prints on the bottom."

"The staff was very helpful, there is a free trolley that takes you about the city and stops right outside, fountain square had something going on both nights we were there, and the reds stadium was just a few minutes walk away."
