"The staff accused me of stealing an iron and charged my credit card an additional $30. The continental breakfast wasn’t on time. I have no plans to return to this establishment."

"When we arrived they did not have a suite available, which is what we reserved. They offered us a queen with sofa bed and a roll away. It was late so we decided to stay.
