"Check-in was easy with Five Senses because they has its own reception counter. Previously, I booked with other accommodations and had to do self check-in, so this was much more convenient. The staff were friendly and gave clear instructions. The room looked exactly like the pictures and clean. The building also has facilities like a swimming pool and gym. Got restaurant and mini market here. Near to city and public transport."

"Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur!
I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure.
The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

"It may be inconvenient for those who are not familiar with the unmanned check-in system. I waited for 1 hour. The sound of other units closing doors is noisy. The facility of the room is excellent. Everything is provided in the unit, especially the clothes washer and dryer. The dining table and sink are a bit high and inconvenient for me but other things are so good. "

"Staff were excellent and responded quickly using Whatsapp. Facilities were really good, gym, 2 pools, pool room and reading room. Room was clean and had lots of extras like a washing machine, iron, slippers, fridge & freezer, kitchen utensils and more. My complaints would be that maintenance and upkeep of equipment in all of Malaysia is poor. For example none of the running machines in the gym were working and they all had signs on them saying Maintenance required. My second issues was the noise...

"Simply furnished apartment but no complaints about the property itself, which is in a lively area with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Only minus point was no glasses in the room and not being a fan of drinking wine from a mug I asked for some which arrived in moments, so kudos to them. "

"Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The building was very crowded, making the overall experience rather uncomfortable. The parking arrangement was inconvenient, as we had to drive up to Level 8 to park. With only three lifts serving 53 floors, the waiting time was often very long, especially during busy periods. On a positive note, the staff were responsive, helpful, and efficient in addressing our concerns. Overall, there is considerable room for improvement in the parking...
