"I left home to go on a trip to Greece, our connection flight was delayed by 1 hour so we missed the connected flight so we stayed in Montreal for the night. The hotel would not reimburse us for the 1st day of the pre paid hotel even though we called Expedia the day before which contacted the hotel directly. "I was disappointed with my stay. I stayed in a renovated room and the mattress quality was poor it shakes with the slightest movement. Pillows were definitely not a 5 stars quality. No coffee machine in room. The coffee station, blow drier, and iron quality is of a motel. The “room service menu” apparently should be called restaurant menu because they will make you pay “delivery fees” of €6."
