She was amazing that day as well as our entire 11 day stay. Francesca was very helpful with making arrangements for our spa experience and finding us our transportation to the airport. "Hotel is decorated beautifully, all still very new. Located just on the edge of town but walkable into the centre in 10 minutes. The spa area is very nice, especially after a days hiking but would be helpful to know upfront that there is a €25 charge per person for 2 hours to use this. "
