The convenience of the location is that it’s a short walk to the Amsterdam-Zuid station making it easy to go in to town. The rooms are large & inexpensive compared to hotels in the center of the city. The area is a bustling modern business district w/many young professionals, and places to eat ( a grocery store, too) Also a fast frequent train to the airport. I’d highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

The outside was dirty with garbage and cigarette butts. We found previous guests glasses and tissues beside our bed in the pocket. The one bed appeared to have been laid in.

I got allergic reactions due to the carpet and used tick repellent. Cleaning was not perfect (several kinds of hairs) in the room. There seemed to be a scan camera in the room ( for security reasons?) The lady at the front desk told me wrong room number when I checked in.

Excellent staff and a very accommodating Hotel manager. I made a mistake and reserved a wrong room configuration. The manager was kind enough to let us change the room after we got it and felt that the stay would be difficult. Very good connectivity with public transportation - Metro, Tram, Bus.

Nice and decent Hotel but could do better.
It is a very nice and good located Hotel I would book it again. The only thing is they forgot to clean my room, I told them at 8am to please clean my room I will be back in the later afternoon. The room was not cleaned, I think it is an Amsterdam thingi. Happened already twice now even if I asked kindly in advance to do it. I got a late check out and a breakfast, but only after I went all Karen to the Reception that this is not cool. I know it is First World problems but I pay for a service and my new year resolution is, if it is not right I pay less. I have pride in my job too when I do things. The Breakfast was very nice. Like I said I would book it again but it was not cool that I had to tell them that this is not cool and after that discussion they offered me free breakfast. Usually I would not even have to discuss in a 4 Star Hotel about those things.

Hôtel agréable, les personnes qui y travaillent sont incroyablement disponibles et gentil Cependant, il faisait froid dans les chambres. De plus le parking juste à coter de l’hôtel « QPARK » n’est vraiment pas sécurisé ! Je me suis fait cassé le carreau de ma voiture.

Wir haben kurzfristig ein Zimmer im 11. Stock buchen können. Der Aufenthalt war trotz hohem Aufkommen - zahlreiche Flugstornos - hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gaben uns ein Getränk gratis, für die lange Check-in Zeit. Sehr eine gepflegte und ruhige Umgebung. Der Bahnhof Amsterdam Zuid ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss einfach zu erreichen. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. No hot water, terrible staff who are rude. Rooms are very basic and definitely not worth the money plenty better hotels in Amsterdam for the price.

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, close to Amsterdam Zuid station. Quite far from centre of Amsterdam, hotel restaurant very expensive and food poor quality, rooms tired and in need of upgrade, shower old and tiles stained. Wouldn’t stay here again.
