To wake up and be 30 seconds from vondal park was amazing. I could not fault this hotel. Check-in was smooth and i could not find any problems with the place. It is slightly dated, carpets etc but nothing wrong with these things. Bed was clean. Shower was good. Plenty for breakfast. Staff helped when asked.

The hotel is located in a great, convenient, and walkable area, which was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was very outdated and not well maintained. The room was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, despite the good location, the condition of the hotel and the lack of hospitality made for a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was perfect for me plus 3 kids, bathroom was a little small but this is amsterdam after all! Room was functional, places to hanging clothes and put shoes. A small desk with a fridge which was great for bottles of water and we brought cheese and deli meats foe breakfast. There was a kettle and tea/coffee provided. Ice machine, coffee machine and vending machine in the hotel lobby. The location was amazing, we spent a lot of time in Vondelpark in the evening. It's so close to everything. Walkable to the centre, we did it in around 35 mins, leisurely. I wouldn't rent bikes from the accommodation, it was expensive. Take a 10-15 min walk through the park and visit A Bikes which is a lot cheaper. Can't complain about our stay at all, it was exactly what we needed.

No air conditioning. 95 degree heat and we lay on cots sweating with only a fan. Miserable. Breakfast was nice and healthy but over priced. Staff were equally affected by the heat and did minimal. Weren’t allowed to check into the room until after 3pm and were left to wander the streets for hours after flying all night and up for 27 hours. Not very comfortable.

Room was cleanish, and it worked to sleep in. Very run down. There was no shampoo so I had to wash my hair with liquid soap. Not the worst. Not worth 70-80 euro. Fifty maybe. staff is fairly nice

The staff was wonderful, specifically Faiz. My room was small but big enough to sleep comfortably. Do not skip breakfast; add it to your stay. You will appreciate it, trust me. I didn’t get it, and when I sneaked in, everything was so fresh. Lol, don’t worry, they will know if you didn’t add to your stay. But all in all, I had a wonderful time in Amsterdam. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you Faiz!!

The positive was that the breakfast was OK, and it is right by the Vondelpark. The room cleaning staff were friendly. The room was tiny with a stained carpet, only a tiny light accessible from the bed and a toilet so cramped that I couldn't easily sit down.

A nice little hotel in the Museum Quarter that was obviously recently updated. Clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area, and near many shops, bars and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
