Clean place, showing its age a little but still decent. Great location. Beds were comfortable but not stable, mattress kept slipping a bit, needs to be secured a bit better. Also room could use more light, desk was very dark. Overall though, I would go back for a short term stay. Clean and good location.

Staff was lovely. There was no mini fridge in the room? The room smelt quite badly, and the lighting in the hotel was just a bit dark and dingey. The location of the hotel is excellent though.

The room was clean & tidy. The staff were lovely & we were able to leave our luggage there until our room was ready. This meant we didn't have to haul them around with us & the same on departure. The breakfast was really nice. A great selection of hot food, cold meats, cereal, etc.

Not sufficient lights in the room. Room attendant did not replenish facial tissue. Have to use bath towels to keep shower water wetting the bathroom floor. Shower and sink drain slowly. Too many steps between our room and elevator. Safe batter is low and thus we did not us it. The staff did not replace battery in the morning as promise. Front staffs are very helpful during check-in. I won't return to XO.
