"Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Linens were crisp White. I did notice that my room was clean in places that most hotel cleaning staff miss or overlook. The continental breakfast was enough to get you going. Waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee and juices. I would recommend this hotel for the room cleanliness and if you’re heading to Mohegan Sun as it’s 2 minutes away. My room as clean but the corners near the elevator need to be vacuumed. I would definitely stay here...

"The pool was closed for renovations. Wish we had known prior. There also was a 20-minute wait for hot water to come on in the shower. "

"Room was clean. Ceiling had missing paint though. Staff were very friendly. Not sure why there was a scarcity of toilet paper. Multiple guests asked and was told to ask at the front desk and they didn’t have. You can’t start a stay with less than half a roll and no one replenishes it! "

"While the rooms were nice for a double bed room, my biggest issue is there, listed as an amenity, is free WiFi. I chose this hotel based on this being a chain I use frequently, distance from where we needed & things to do, & my need for internet as I am a teacher & in Grad school. Instead, every 5-10 minutes (I have videos) I would be actively using the internet & it would stop working, I would go to WiFi settings & I was connected but it said “no internet”. "4th floor during our stay was noisy from inconsiderate guests at all hours of the morning. Also the marijuana smell on each night woke me up it was so strong. "
