"The staff was very nice. Received early check in for a sm fee amy with a upgrade in rm given with no extra fee. Breakfast was great and locatuon. Spa opened up later in the afternoon with only one employee, a downer. Definitely recommended. "

"There are shops nearby for food and coffee. The downside is that there is construction going on just right beside the hotel. The work goes on all the way into the night, and it gets annoying "

"We checked into our room and it was not 100% what we thought it would be. Also the shower seemed to have some type of mold. Its obvious they tried painting over it. When you took a shower in their you could smell such strong chemicals. Like they bleached the whole shower to make sure we did not niotice the mold. We checked out the next day. Booked another hotel. The staff were so nice there but I am not going to tolerate exposing my family to those conditions. Breakfast was good though, staff...

"The check in process was easy and the lobby was beautiful! The staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was a good size with all amenities included (and breakfast). The bathroom lacked privacy but all in all, we enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for us with laundry, ATM and the lake within a 2 minute walk."
