"Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to formally complain about a recent hotel booking made through Expedia. We paid a very high rate for this property and expected the level of cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and service that should reasonably come with a hotel in this price category. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below those expectations. Most importantly, the room did not feel properly clean or prepared to an acceptable standard. This was particularly disappointing given...

"Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The gentleman who greeted us was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. "I booked this property and then I accidently booked this property when I meant to book Florence. As soon as I realized my mistake I reached out in advance to the property and asked for a courtesy cancellation and refund. The response I got was "management would not consider any refund." I will never return to a hotel that is unwilling to work with customers and just take their money. Highly disappointed!"
