"This is a unique property. The room was very spacious with a wonderful view of the bay. It seemed that there had been a remodeling. Where there had once been a refrigerator and microwave were now empty spaces and a locked courtesy refrigerator was installed instead. Despite the faact that the property was on the edge of the bay there were train tracks tucked bewtween the hotel and the bay pier. According to my wife the train passed every hour during the night. My perception was much less...

"The staff was courteous and friendly, and the views from the restaurant were absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean, although they could benefit from some updating and modernization. The food was average and not particularly memorable. That said, it’s important to recognize the hotel’s rural island location, where expectations and available options may be different than at a larger destination. "I was a solo traveler on a motorcycle, I spent one night at the hotel. Amazing property, classic and modern decor, amazing secure underground parking , great food and a ton of in room amenities! A must stay in north western Washington state! Even got to see some orcas playing as I ate breakfast on the water!"
