"I have no complaints except you had to be a member to get the free gift bag with the water and chips but the receptionist was nice and gave it to me anyway. The staff was nice and courteous from beginning to the end of our stay. The bartender made excellent drinks. Rooms and property very clean"

"The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfy and cozy. Big TVs were nice. The man who checked us in was very matter of fact and not friendly. The hotel was quiet which was nice. The paid shuttle was convenient. The ice room was dirty and smelly. Looked like water damage and it smelled bad. Many ice rooms were closed."

"The hotel was great.
Expedia was terrible! I tried to cancel this reservation as the company I Work for did another reservation on my name, and surprisingly I couldn’t make it. There was always a system error every time I wanted to cancel my stay.
Of course that was until I had to pay for cancellation."
