Room had many roaches in the room. Bed sheets dirty, floor was not clean, and behind mini fridge multiple dead roaches.

We booked at the place due to price and proximity to the place we need to go but didn’t read the reviews before hand. It is agreeable about the towels are not white cleaned and damp. These kinds should no longer be used. Shower stall was not good as it gets the bathroom floors all wet and we had to dry the floor after every usage, good thing it was only one night. But I’ll give them little credit for good service and extra free bottles of water & snacks at the room. But we won’t be back at this place.
Flooring at shower stall gets wet outside shower due to half glass divider and wrong big shower head at bedroom area.

Room was good, could use a little up-grading but it was overall, a nice place. Free snacks and drinks, including a couple cold Heinekens in the refrigerator were a great touch. Parking is a little tight but manageable.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The sheets were dirty and stained, and to make matters worse, we found insects on the bed and hair in the bathtub. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable and made the stay extremely unpleasant. I do not recommend this place and hope the management addresses these issues immediately.

Check in was a breeze. Tucked away behind a convenience store. Missed it the first time! Remodeled. Our room was spacious and the newly remodeled inside was so cute! But when you looked closer, the walls were dirty. I tried wiping down our bathroom wall. I gave up! Bed was comfy. Close to Disneyland. Which is why we stayed there. Price and location. We still Ubered. Uber was very inexpensive!

We had a great experience staying here. Parking is a convenient and affordable, nearby bus stop right in front of our hotel made it super easy as well went to and from Disney with the family. Staff were very friendly. Rooms was cute and cozy and decorated with style. Will stay again.

The room wasn't very clean. The hot water had very low water pressure to the point where showering wasnt pleasant. I called the front desk to let them know and they said they would send someone over to fix it. No one ever came to fix the issue. The coffee maker also did not work. Im just glas we stayed 1 night.

Needs to be cleaned better. Sheets and pillowcases had stains and pillows were yellow. Shower and bathroom set up is terrible. The bathroom steams up very easily and water splashes all over the floor. The floor is tile so when you get out of the shower it’s slippery. Location is not ideal. Would not stay again.

Traveled as a family with two children so we booked the bunk bed suite. The room visually looked as pictured (with a slight change of layout). However, all it took was a quick inspection of the space to see that it was dirty and unkept. Upon entering, the room had a strong smell like some cleaning solution or maybe it was supposed to omit an air freshener smell? There was hair on the pillow of the main bed and the pillow case looked dirty. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, by the bunk bed and main bed. There was ripped plastic visibly hanging from the top bunk as if someone ripped it and it wasn’t fixed. A bug flew out from under the bottom bunk when we moved the blanket around. The floor was dirty, the walls were dirty, the sink was dirty (we came and the faucet had visibly dried water splatters) there was a film of dust on the towel rack in the bathroom, and the shower head had an inconsistent flow due to the build up. The had towel also felt damp upon arrival and the shower amenities were smaller than that of regular travel sizes. Both the property and Expedia failed to provide a cancelation request due to the conditions and was a complete disappointment. They both kept pointing the finger to wait on the other for a decision. A decision nor follow up was made even well after. The location was further from the park as originally stated on Expedia. It was more like a 25 min walk. The only upside to this stay was the taco truck and bus stop in front of the property.
