Overall, the hotel was okay, but the overall cleanliness was not up to par. As many other reviewers have said, the shower sprayed water everywhere, there was mildew or black mold in the bathroom, and the room itself needed to be cleaned. It was passable and is cheap, but honestly, I would suggest looking for a room elsewhere. The more reviews I read, the more nervous I became. The area did not necessary feel unsafe but it did not feel safe either. I would not walk around outside late at night.

Room had live roaches crawling around. There was a dead one stuck to a pillow. The bed sheets were dirty. Walls don’t look like they have ever been wiped down. Shower is a mess. The water gets out all over the floor. They boast snacks are available and free but were out of them. Do not recommend at all.

Paid for the upgrade stay and let me tell you. Hot water didn’t work , they painted over graffiti that you can still see, it was dirty,and there was mold in the ceiling. The reviews and rate does not match the hotel so stay away

The room was clean and well maintained. There is enough secure parking, and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Staff were amazing and friendly. We got in very late and slightly lost, and they helped us on the phone until we could see them. Two thumbs up! The room was ok. The upgrades/renos to the room were nice but the walls and floor needed a good wipe, and walls could use a coat of fresh paint. There was a very queationable stain on the headboard, a few small tears/worn spots in the sheets and stains on the comforter. You can see the wear and tear on the building but at the end of a 14 hour day at Disney - the shower was hot and had great pressure, the bed was comfortable, and the room had ac.

We checked into the hotel for a 2-night stay while on a Disneyland trip. We checked in after our first day at the park and it was a fast & easy check-in process. Parking was limited but we were able to find a spot. No breakfast offered but they do offer snacks/drinks in the room. The room was a one bed + bunk beds. My sons and I slept like babies, the beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels available. We took an uber to Disneyland the next day and uber cost was less then $20 round trip (because of its proximity to the park) so much better than Disneyland parking. The shower only had half a door and the showerhead was one of those rainfall ones. We kept having to clean up the water on the floor because of the door, but it wasn’t a big deal. Wish it had a pool, but again, not a deal breaker since we were mainly there for the parks. The pricing was great!! Staff was professional and friendly. Will be absolutely stay here again! I think we have found our Disneyland hotel. Highly recommend it!

Easy convenient location near Disneyland it was a "you get what you pay for" type of place. Other things that aren't noted is that loud pipes from other hotel rooms shower will be waking you up, very thin walls.

Good place for our Disney trip. We will stay again. Staff was great and cleaned daily on request just by putting up the door sign. Stayed in the bunk bed room the kids loved it. Only 15min walk or 2 bus stops away from Disney. Bus stop Is right in front at $2 a ride. It was awsome! Kudos to the staff who fixed up the kids plushies when they made the bed and the snacks they left. Thank you!!

The room smell like sewer. The water pressure was so strong in the shower that it flooded the bathroom. The neighborhood around the hotel was very questionable.

Cute little inn within a 20 min walk or 5 min Uber ride to Disneyland. Liquor store out front is convenient for basic needs but nothing else really close by except for a Mexican restaurant next door. Only amenities were air conditioning and the mini fridge/freezer which was the best mini fridge/freezer I’ve ever seen in a basic room. The only issues we had, unfortunately, was pretty major for us which was with the cleanliness of the linen and towels and a sewer smell in the bathroom. Upon arrival, there were yellow stains on the comforter and every single towel and the smell coming from the bathroom was moderate. It was apparent the towels were washed but I think replacing the towels with stains is worth the investment. We opted for housekeeping the next morning and thankfully got better towels. As for the comforter, thankfully the sheets were clean, so we just made sure not to touch the comforter. The bunk beds were okay, but a big plastic cover from the top mattress was partially torn and hung down to the bottom bunk. A snack wrapper/trash was tucked in the plastic cover, which understandably could not easily seen by cleaning staff, but turned us off nonetheless. Lastly, when the air conditioning was on, it also caused an odor. All in all, it was a decent place to stay for the price, but it’s not a place we’d stay at again because of the lack of cleanliness and odorous air.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at this hotel. The exterior isn’t maintained properly. The room was dated, not very clean, and uncomfortable to stay in. No ice machine on the property, the Keurig didn’t work to make coffee, and the blinds didn’t open. The only perk was the bus stop right there with direct service to Disneyland.
