"My stay was marred by the fact that when I went to go shower there was no water. It was eventually turned on, but I had to leave and had no time to shower. There was also little water pressure in the sink. I felt very little empathy from the staff. I should have been compensated."

"It was great! The fact that we were able to enjoy the water park after check out it was a plus! We had a blast! Thank you! Very kid friendly lots of activities arts and crafts story time dance party pool dance party at the outdoor pool bowling dinning just all in one place I highly recommend it!!"

"Great room, comfy beds and very clean!! We were able to watch the Disney fireworks from our bed. Only thing to note is that you will need to take an Uber or Lyft to the Disney property, there is no shuttle and you cannot really walk it. Very nice hotel overall!!"

"The hotel is not bad, but it should not be categorized as a JW Marriot 5 stars. The rooms are clean and good, but not comfortable at all and the shower is not a 5 star hotel. The buffet is average nothing special and pricey. I have been in France JW Marriott all over the world and honestly, I was expecting something similar."
