"The hotel itself was very nice… The beds were a little hard, but we still slept OK. The road noise from the freeway right behind our window was a little annoying, but we bring a fan when we go to hotels so I was able to drown it out. My main issue is all the “mandatory” fees once you get there… $40 for self parking, $25 for a “destination fee” and then several other charges that ended up being $75 on top of our hotel room price. The other thing that wasn’t great, was they required a $250 deposit which I think is astronomical considering we were there from 9 o’clock at night till 7 o’clock this morning. We didn’t charge anything to the room or damage the room so it just seemed a little excessive. $100 would make sense. I think overall it’s a really nice hotel… I just don’t like the nickel and diming. "

"The elevator went out and the only way to access my room was through the 1 elevator. After a long day at Disney with an infant it was not ideal to go up a flight of stairs. "
