"This hotel advertises itself as a smoke-free property. This is FALSE. After 2 previous failed hotel attempts in Ankara, due to strong cigarette smoke/smell in my rooms, I found Warwick and saw they were “smoke-free”. I emailed the property telling them I have been bouncing from hotel to hotel looking for a smoke-free room, after having surgery I needed rest and clean air! "Overall it was a good, the location was perfect, stuff are very friendly we had a baby one of the receptionists was very kind; she even bought him a toy for our baby her name was (Ghamzeh) also, breakfast was perfect 👌, room was clean, my a/c was not working well I was in the room 511 we had 2 rooms but the other room was better 505, I recommend this hotel 🏨"

"The housekeeping was not great. They come super late in the evening. Some days they would make the beds but not take the room service trays away. We would need fresh towels daily cause they on my give 2 towels. And the shower floods because of the slanted shower floor. Room service staff was rude on several occasions. I noticed that when ordering over the phone they place orders for the more expensive item when there’s 2 of the same items."
