The morning man turns out to be a gourmet chef (in Alaska everyone has multiple jobs) so the "standard" motel breakfast included the best scrambled eggs, juicy sausage patties, breakfast potatoes and wonderful baked goods.
Near the main entrance of Merritt Field, the neighbor hood is not prettiest, but is quiet and safe, the room is not the fanciest but very comfortable. A great, affordable find!"
