"I was exceptionally disappointed having paid $299USD for a room that looked like it was part of a horror film set. From blood splatter on the wall in the bathroom, two of three broken bathroom lights, black mold in the shower, busted blinds, squeaky beds and a horrid smell throughout. When I searched the day of my stay what the rate was, it showed $249CAD (almost half of what I was paying). The staff were of no help to remedy this situation or cancel our stay. "Upon check in there was food all over the floor and the room smelled. The front desk staff and house keeping were amazing and super helpful. The hotel is a bit dated which is fine but almost everything in the room was broken. Door didn’t shut properly, ac cover was hanging off, lamp shade was mangled. The sheets are HORRIBLE paper thin and little pill balls all over., it felt like sleeping in sandpaper.. for over 300 for the night I expected a bit more. The motel 6 is nicer in my opinion"

"The young lady checking us in got our rooms switched with another reservation. We were woken up at 11:30 PM when the other party tried to check in and had to go down to the front desk to sort everything out This was after traveling for 16 hours and having been up for 24. The pool was closed for maintenance which disappointed out daughter."
