"The hotel is a bit run down. For $600 per night it was disappointing for a Hilton property. We were there overnight to catch a cruise. I called the front desk after making a reservation online to inquire about transportation options. The person I spoke to was not at all helpful. I ended up fending for myself. The wait staff at breakfast had to be tracked down for service. Plenty of staff on hand, so that was not the problem. Maybe training? Whatever, I had higher expectations for a Hilton."
