"The room was immaculate and although next to the lift was really quiet. I was worrying about the street noise as it really in a central location but we were away from street. Staff were very courteous and happy to help if you needed anything. Room was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend to otgers and if we return to Seville (which we will) would return to same hotel. "

The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities such a spa and I didn’t get to try out their breakfast either but I did swing by the piano bar and it was cute. Overall I am super thrilled with my stay here and for somebody visiting Seville and Spain for the first time this hotel was perfect. they even upgraded my room for free at the time of check-in to put me into the main hotel which I was super appreciative of. Also most of the staff actually spoke Spanish very well so communication was very simple. In short I highly recommend I would give this place like a nine out of 10"
