"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with gorgeous planting and lush greenery throughout the grounds. Our suite was incredibly spacious and nicely styled, with a huge, comfortable bed with excellent pillows. "Beautiful hotel, but ruined by a rigid and disappointing check-out experience I booked this hotel for my daughter’s wedding, and our family stayed across three rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding. We initially enjoyed our stay immensely. However, check-out was a completely different story. We were surprised to be told that a fourth room was booked under our name. When we explained we had no knowledge of this room, we asked why no one had contacted us when it became a "no-show" on night one. The staff had no answer. Despite our request for them to check their security cameras to verify that no one ever checked into or used that room, they refused. Rather than waiving the fee or offering a standard one-night penalty, they insisted on charging us the full amount for the entire stay. They completely refused to negotiate—which is incredibly disappointing considering our wedding party had brought over 20 room bookings to the resort. This rigid, uncaring customer service is certainly not what you expect from a 5-star resort."

"Like - clean and great location. The restaurant directly outside was good. Air con worked well. Dislike - the shower was in need of repairs. The doors were coming off the hinges, the showerhead holder didnt support the head so you had to hold it making showering a challenge. It was a little echoey as its an old building so could be noisy....earplugs recommended."

"I enjoyed my stay. It's a beautiful hotel with lots of nice courtyards and a cool underground labyrinth. The pool is amazing too, in the hot Seville summers. Lots of character. The only downside is how confusing the layout is. The staff is pretty helpful with this and there's signs, but it's not enough and still easy to get lost going to your room. But, I'd stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Only YOU Hotel. The hotel has a real luxury feel throughout, with beautiful rooms, great facilities and a very high standard of cleanliness. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax, although it does get busy quickly. If you want a sunbed for the day, it’s worth getting there around 9:45am before the 10am opening. The only slight negative is the location, as it’s a little bit out of town compared with some other hotels. That said, the quality of the hotel more than makes up for it, and we would definitely stay again."
