"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My favourite thing about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful and the care about your stay. They were very accommodating and you can message them with any questions or hesitations you may have. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Also the rooms seem as if they are newly renovated so overall I had an amazing time staying here!!!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a little adventure to get to the hotel as it is located in the town and there is no vehicle access. You have to park at the bottom of the town and call them to pick you up in a golf cart. It is a little inconvenient for people with mobility issues and or with many luggage. The hotel is rustic and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and so the staff. The decor could be improved."

"The location was excellent - walkable to everything I came to see and it was so nice to be able to easily slip back for a rest. The room was tiny but the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. My one complaint was that it was rather noisy - neighbors with windows open talking into the night, housekeeping staff talking in the halls in the morning. It may just be the nature of pensions in Santa Cruz and I was so exhausted I managed to sleep anyway, but it was a bit frustrating at 3am or the...
