It does not have either as the TV needed to be connected to WiFi to watch anything."

"On the plus side the apartment was great, quiet and cool. It had what we wanted and it was well situated so nothing was too far too walk. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. On the minus side, the listing on the Hotel site was a bit misleading. The first photo is of the beach entitled View from property - which was one of the reasons I chose it.
