"The Mayfair Hotel is perfectly located in close proximity to the station and shopping area however is positioned in a quiet street. We had a suite on the 3rd floor at the front of the building all good with fridge and kettle included the best shower ever infact the room was so comfortable i did not want to go out. The breakfast was amazing served in the cellar a good choice of food both hot and cold in a relaxing environment. The staff are very helpful and friendly would not hesitate to stay again. It’s a period building beautifully maintained a real joy and something different from the standard Hilton type set up - magnificent
