"Room was clean. Housekeeping staff were very friendly, although spoke Spanish only. Host was very helpful and friendly. The staff alone were worth the price of the stay. Awesome view of the ocean. "This is a bargain gem. Amenities are basic but scrupulously clean. Staff is courteous and quietly friendly. Newly renovated with non-allergenic laminate flooring and fresh bedding. For the same price as bargain chains, you get cleaner room, plenty of towels and shampoo, and decent coffee. No breakfast on site, but discount at local restaurant. "
