"Off-season so office was infrequently staffed. As a result it took a few days to get some laundry done and hard to get tips about the parc and tours.
Spacious unit but kitchen and floors starting showing their age. Some LED potlights were flikering in our living room and could not reasonably be used. Flikering LED lights at property entrance should also be changed.
Breakfast was good.
Stay was reasonably good value for low season."

"Tanto la Habitación como las instalaciones, muy limpias y Súper ordenadas. El Edificio Smart cuenta con una excelente ubicación, cerca de los puntos de interés más importantes en Isla Teja y Valdivia, puedes viajar y conocer atractivos turísticos en los alrededores viajando cómodamente en Autobús o puedes rentar un auto. Nuestra Anfitriona Fernanda, es muy profesional y te brinda un excelente servicio y asesoría sobre los alrededores. "
