"Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. "It is in a residential area :10 minutes walk from bus terminal and about 15 minutes to the city center. Ask for a taxi transfer if you have heavy luggage or wheeled luggage. The cottage house is among the most beautiful, we have stayed in, with tasteful collections, overlooking a garden with lupines and a far view of lake argentina. Hosts, living close by, are very responsive, helpful and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to have spent substantial more time . "

"Cabin was very cozy and had all the amenities needed. The hot water stopped working one day but the staff quickly jumped into action as soon as I told them and fixed it. They will call transportation for you whenever you need it as all/most of your activities will be in the city. The views from the mountain is breathtaking! "
