"Property seems new in a new and upcoming area. However, without a vehicle is quite inconvenient. There were two restaurants across the street and a small shopping mall and gas station aroud the corner. People were friendly. The checkin process needs refining. We arrived on time and were repeatedly told to wait for someone to come and receive us and give us entry to the apartment. That person never showed up. In the end it turned out to be self-checkin. "It was comfortable and spacious, a great deal for 2bd/2ba, with washer/dryer and everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and it included access to the Marriott gym, pool, etc. The only thing we didn't care for was the location -- there's not much around there. The other hotel district (near the Sheraton) is much livelier and a better walking/shopping area. The only good restaurants close by were in the hotel. There are some roads nearby we were told to avoid by Marriott staff. However...
