"Things seemed off in numerous ways:
1. Was not provided Wifi password at check in and unable to locate host later to get it-but knew he was around because the master keys to entire building was in entry door lock!
2. I had also asked the host for dinner recommendations, and he said he would give me some, but that never happened either.
2. I was however, at check in, informed there was “no breakfast the following morning”, but “there might be breakfast the second morning”. (I did not bother to find out).
3. While the room was fine for me, some may be surprised at the ONE TINY WINDOW of a “Standard Room” which was actually outside of the hotel proper (there are 3 rooms on a side deck area). Although the area is enclosed with a barrier, the area is along a road with a field view. As such, other single solo older women travelers may not feel safe.
4. Lastly, check out is listed as 11AM. I was just getting ready to take my luggage to the car at 10:45 and got a knock on my door checking if I was leaving! This is very inappropriate.
The photos make this hotel appear very elegant, unfortunately my experience was nothing like I expected. The accommodation is ok, but do not have higher than average expectations."
