"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. "Location great for Lime St station. Around 15 min walk to Albert Dock, 10 min to Liverpool One. We had a Superior room with St Georges Hall view. Room on the small side. We asked for more pillows from reception as they went to as flat as a pancake! The lady of reception wasn't interested and said they didn't have any spare as hotel was full?
