"Hotel and rooms were clean.. airport pickup was smooth and convenient. Once you land in cochin airportand you call the hotel they send the car. Friendly staff. Hot water available in the room. The only issue I had was with the bathroom shower. While showering the water was seeping out to the non wet area as the seal of the door with the bathroom floor was not proper. Food at the restaurant was also good."
