Hotel Murah di Angel Point

"This was my least favorite stay of our vacation. The fridge didn't work, the bathroom sink didn't have hot water, it just kind of seemed to be one thing after another. The property is old, cute enough, but outdated and not kept up well. The pub was cute, the food was good, but they were understaffed and the food took forever. They were doing their best with a full house and only 2 people, but I wanted to jump in and clean tables for them and answer the phone. Just outdated and understaffed."

Issues include: the light on the bathroom did not work and could not be readily fixed; the floor tile was popping up in multiple places in front of the bathroom sink; the sink barely drained and needed attention; the blankets on the bed were lightweight and provided little warmth; the bedding was oldthe check-in required reading the 'rules' before check-in could be completed; the carpeted approach to the ice machine was stained and quite dirty; ingress-egress to...

"The staff at the front desk was very nice on check-in. However, do not get fooled by the photos like we did! The beds were terrible: clearly overused/ needing replaced with obvious dips in the mattress, overall very uncomfortable. The ceilings are very low. Stains on the (bubbling from poorly/rushed installation) carpet, the bathtub was gross. We originally booked 3 days and checked out after the first night."

"Stayed twice in two different rooms, both had some leftover trash but the first room smelled so deeply of cigarettes that things we left in the room began to smell too, second room was completely fine (both were non-smoking rooms). If expectations are managed it’s a pretty good deal with the included breakfast. Staff was helpful."
