Nice place only draw back the Korean men were bringing the hookers from the bar in the evening someone should tell them that is NOT A MOTEL! Otherwise place is great.. it's clean.. staff are nice.. and the restaurant breakfast buffet is good!

There wasnt really anything to like.The room was supposed to be a deluxe room and it was terrible. Holes in the walls very ugly,air con did nor work well,the girls at the front desk did not know their job and were not very professional. The breakfast that I paid for was not good.I travel a lot.Dont stay here.

This property had the best breakfast service I have received while on my trip. I did not stay long enough to rate the room makeup service. The rooms are huge. I love that as a big guy. The lobby was impeccably clean and tidy. There were many people on duty to take care of anything you requested. Checking in and checking out went phenomenally well. Not really a fan of 2,000 pesos deposit for incidentals. A credit card on file would take care of that. I stayed here due to it's proximity to Clark International Airport.

Nice and quiet good for family! But no toiletries that should be included and there should be inventory of what they give inside the room when you check out they will let you wait to check the room if there are missing in which they didn’t even give any face towels and they asked me where are the face towels. Why would i bother to take their towels hello, isnt it they assumed you take it and deduct from the deposit of 2000 , I have better towels .

The hotel staff were very prompt and efficient in addressing my concerns. I would have given the hotel a five star if not for the restaurant. Many of the items in the menu were no longer available so we had to choose from very limited options: burgers and nachos. The burgers were served cold and the bread tasted old and stale. It also took quite some time for our order to be served. Having said this, I will still book at this hotel the next time I am around that part of the Philippines. I would just stay out of their restaurant.

3 stars for service because the Front Desk did not pass my expectation, wait staff and bell boys did very well. Flies are a plenty in the lobby and dining room. Our room was ready upon check in but not that clean had to ask for housekeeping to do a make up/cleaning the next day. Far away from Clark Airport, means of transportation is mainly grab, there is a hotel shuttle but driver is not available most of the time. Use Grab, cheaper to bring you places to eat. Food selection for breakfast are decent. The live band every friday and saturday are okay. Swimming pool looks decent. No towering neighbors, i enjoyed the view in my room. No privacy curtains needed due to no neighbors, i got to enjoy the greens and the city view from a distance. Very poor internet connection, lobby has a strong connection though however the front lobby is hot, no airconditioning use the inner lobby. For the value of the money, it is way cheap. For stay cation, i will come back but prepared with food/snacks so no need to go out.

We didn’t end up staying at this hotel. Here’s why: Upon arrival, there was no room immediately available, and we experienced a short wait while one was prepared. Although this was not a major concern, we encountered additional issues shortly thereafter. The elevators were not functioning properly, and a security guard escorted us to our room to verify occupancy, which felt unusual. Upon entering the room, I noticed a cockroach crawling under the bed, and we were disappointed by the overall lack of cleanliness. Furthermore, the hotel appeared to be hosting a concert event during the weekend. While it is unclear whether this is a regular occurrence or a special event, it would be considerate for the hotel to recognize that not all guests are seeking a lively atmosphere during their stay. Given these concerns, we chose not to remain at the property and requested a refund. Additionally, the front desk staff inadvertently retained my driver’s license, requiring me to return to the hotel to retrieve it.

Staff is friendly and The outside and lobby were beautiful but the actual room was just ok. The videos and photos of the room were definitely different. This was definitely our least favorite hotel in all of the 5 we booked in Manila but it was convenient to where we needed to go. The wifi for the CC machine was not working properly and could not process the CC’s I brought from US and had to put pesos down to hold deposit for room even if booked through Expedia with CC. All of the hotel is non smoking but When we got to 1 of the 4 rooms the 1 actual room smelled of smoke. But staff quickly gave us another room so they were very accommodating. The spa is not a spa but “massage” I wanted to jet out of there as soon as we opened door. Some positives newer hotel not with casino, convenience of location to driving northern Manila, free breakfast, newer hotel, friendly staff.

Caught a good deal! Cannot complain too loudly! Lunch could have been better. Not because of the food but because of the FLIES!!! Aggressive, attacking, and waaay too many, to allow us to eat in peace. Plus flies are nasty!😐 We had the double bedroom with balcony. The rooms, although older, were quite spacious and had some modern equipment (TVs) but for the most part a bit dated. We were disappointed that the live band did not play as was scheduled on Friday... so, no live music or band. Again, for the price, room size, and quick overnighter, we cannot complain too much. but for review purposes, the place could use some upgrades
