"We had such a lovely stay at Nuaku! The hotel is tucked away in the middle of a beautiful, lush jungle, surrounded by wildlife, greenery, and all the wonderful sounds of nature. The property felt very peaceful, clean, and safe, and throughout our stay we genuinely felt at home.

"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options.
