"Breakfast says 6:30am start time on internet however it did not start until 7am which didn’t work for us, and disappointed as we selected the hotel for multiple reason and one was breakfast time because we had to leave by 7am. Our room was fine minus the fact that when taking a shower the drain did not drain very fast so you were standing in a lot of water while taking a shower. Nobody was at front desk when I left so I was unable to inform front desk. All in all a nice property and staff was good."

Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Downtown

"The room was nice. The hotel lobby is spacious. Easy paid hotel parking. Walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Helpful staff. Would be five stars except for the noise. They tell you at check in there are 30 bars and restaurants around and the rooms have earplugs and sound machines. I needed them."

"I have always enjoyed using their pool. The upgrades to the rooms were appreciated, but my room was missing a chair. I honestly preferred the old “chaise longue” style chairs. My only complaint this trip was that I wish they would upgrade the ice maker, It takes about 10 minutes to fill one cup of ice."
