There are staff who are insensitive of customers needs... we book through online and it says there that we have full spa access, however, at the reception we are informed that it is a separate package so just to avail of the spa and massage I decided to pay for it but to my dismay they told me that since all masseurs were fully booked we can only enjoy the sauna but not the massage. Also, i called them if they can deliver breakfast, the front desk told me that it is only for service take out so I proceeded at the restaurant but the staff said it is not allowed, the worst thing is that they ignored me even though I’ve waited long. I spend almost 15k and it is not worth it.
