"All the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Also, my room and its amenities were great. I’ll say it again all the staff were excellent when I were there. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody. In fact, I’m coming back next year again on Mother’s Day and I have my room already booked on Mother’s Day. Everybody in my group also thought it was great. "I would highly recommend due to the wonderful staff alone. The residences had a couple issues with maintenance and odor at check in. However the staff immediately got to work to resolve all issues and made our family stay unforgettable. Our family had an urgent trip home due to a death in our family and the staff at the shangrila made our stay very comfortable.
