"We came from a long-haul flight that arrived around 5 AM, so I had to book the room starting the night before to ensure I would have a room when I arrived in Manila. I had already communicated this arrangement in advance and was told that reception would be informed about our arrival. However, when I arrived, I was told that someone stayed in the room and they have to clean it. Since I had technically already paid for the room for the previous night, I expected it to be available when I...

But overall experience was good other than the check in that we had to wait for 2 hours in the lobby for the room coming from a long trip"
