"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and continental breakfast was quite good with the opportunity to upgrade. The decor was lovely for the most part…unfortunately all of the wood furniture was scruffy, scratched and did not match the rest of the carpeting, wallpaper, and other high end touches…perhaps it was just our room!"

"Overall under average. The goods The beds were clean and nicely done. Very nice brick wall in the room. The bads There were only two towels, 2 drinking cups and only one keycard, in a room for four. Asked for 2 more towels while going by the front desk, sure he said, but they never came… Renovation work looks like is has been done by a bunch of amateurs. The place sure as seen it’s better days."

"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"The bnb was so adorable and beautifully decorated. Darci and Emily were so thoughtful with every detail of our stay, we can’t wait to come back. Also the bed was so comfortable and relaxing!"

"Soooooo, the pool was actually horrendous and we didn’t go. There was a soccer group there running about and chips on the floor-inside the hotel room was clean-but the pool was why Kate wanted to go so between that being inswimable and the kids yelling and running wild and finding food everywhere it really killed the vibe. On the other hand if you’re going with a team your kids can have a great time running around and they’re very understanding"

"I recently stayed at the Carriage Ridge Resort as a solo traveller and it was a great spot. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, and I felt safe staying there on my own. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to others and definitely would stay there again."

"The pool was very cold, you have to pay for wifi and you couldn't watch anything on tv. Rooms were not well maintained. The breakfast was great and the guy running it was awesome!"

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "
