"The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good & service also. However, the cleaning products used by the hotel had an overpowering, pervasive perfumey smell that was awful. And altho the hotel was almost empty, they put all 3 of our rooms facing the very busy, very noisy (all night) Main Street. It was only for 2 nights, so we didn’t ask to change it, but if going again, I’d definitely request otherwise. "

"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. "I had a lovely stay here, the hotel was great, offering a breathtaking view to the sea of Galilee. All staff were wonderful and welcoming, the lady reception manager was most helpful in providing assistance as I needed a taxi upon my departure/checkout. All other reception staff were wonderful too. Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were fantastic, very helpful and always had a smile 😁 All other staff members from other departments I had some across were also wonderful too 🙂 I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit for a few days, or maybe longer 👍"
