"We arrived a little early, but the staff welcomed us and got our room ready quickly. The view from our 1st floor room was fabulous. The swimming pool and the surrounding areas were well maintained. There weren't many guests when we were there, but it wasn't an issue at all, as the staff were there and looked after us very well."

Everything was lovely however, there was no hot water in the bathroom but other than that it was good. There could be more selection for dinner but breakfast was good. My partner was not an animal fan so if you don’t like cats and dogs, then this maybe an issue for you as the owners have a few pets but was not an issue. "Einfach traumhaft. Wunderschön gelegene Villa mit großem Balkon und Blick auf das schneebedeckte Atlasgebirge. Sehr großzügiger Pool. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Personal war immer für uns ansprechbar und hat uns quasi jeden Wunsch erfüllt. "

Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). "The property was beautiful, it had a real Moroccan charm , with the gardens full of lovely flowers and citrus trees.Our hosts were wonderful ,the food incredible and nothing was too much trouble."

"Never again will I set foot in this hotel! The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom was a disaster the toilet was broken, and within minutes of turning on the shower, the floor turned into a swamp from the slow drainage. We couldn’t even bathe properly and ended up doing a miserable under-the-sink wash like we were camping in a rundown shack. "It's a good hotel however it seemed a bit old, not very modern. A lot of the facilities like pool tables, video games, etc were not working. Some of the water slides were not working or sometimes bumpy leading to some scratches on the way down. Food wise, not impressed at all. Very similar food choices everyday and vegetarians would really struggle for choices. "

"We stayed for a few nights as a family with two young kids and loved the farm environment with its playground and games like football and table tennis. The family room was lovely, with beautiful gardens, hot showers, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast on the sun terrace was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. We did a guided walk in the area and also spent time relaxing by the river near the restaurant. Do bring paints or pens for the kids, as there isn’t much else to do nearby...
