"All in all this is a very good hotel. We stayed in a junior suite which had a Nespresso machine, nice gowns, a very nice shower and a huge comfortable bed. It might be nice if the hotel provides some moisturiser as my wife expected that a hotel at this level would. A couple of areas of the room were slightly dusty but nothing too much. "Exactly what we wanted"

"Unfortunately we arrived on an extremely hot today to be told the air conditioning was not working and there was a fan in our room. The a/c was expected to be fixed the following day but this did not happen and it was out for the 3 nights we were there. The room was really warm and it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. "Very good value for an excellent location in central Cardiff. I found it a very safe place to stay as a solo traveller, with 24 hour reception and really lovely staff. The accommodation is basic but clean and had everything I needed."
