Bird Hide at Nigg Bay RSPB reserve A particularly well endowed bird hide at the Nigg Bay RSPB reserve. The hide gives views both out to the tidal flats of Nigg Bay to the south, and to wetlands to the north.

Kota di dekat Ankerville

Platform 1864, Tain in Scotland. A typical town in the Highlands, Tain is a great place to wander around taking in the atmosphere. We visited the museum which has many examples of Tain silverware and a great insight into local history. Here's a shot of Platform 1864, a cafe at the railway station. We spent time here relaxing over lunch. There's a very good menu and the owner has made a great job in the styling of the interior.

Track to Bayfield Loch There is a rather overgrown track to Bayfield Loch although it was a bit wet for me to explore!
