"Arrived at 3 pm for check in. Had to catch a van to our event at 4 and had food that needed to refrigerated. I was told that I couldn’t check in until 6-6:30. Had to throw my food away, dress in the lobby bathroom and pay $700 for that room. Didn’t check in until 1:30AM . Unacceptable!!"
